Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout before order completion.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Because our candles are heat-sensitive, we reserve the right to delay shipment during periods of extreme temperatures to protect product quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to high temperatures after delivery (for example, packages left outside or in mailboxes).

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery .

To be eligible for a return:

• The candle must be unused
• The wick must not have been lit
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Item must be in perfect, resellable condition

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent strength may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable.
