The making of our candles

All our candles are hand-poured in small batches and proudly made in Quebec.

What our candles are made of

We use a blend of 100% natural soy and coconut waxes. Our candles contain no additives or animal-derived ingredients. Our fragrance oils are free from phthalates and parabens, and our cotton wicks are free from lead and zinc. Our vessels are reusable and recyclable, and every candle is shipped in recycled packaging.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or any circumstances beyond our control.
As our candles are sensitive to heat, we may postpone shipments during periods of extreme heat to help preserve product quality.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by exposure to heat after delivery (for example, if a package is left outdoors or in a mailbox).

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery, please include:

• Your order Number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Candle must be unused. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, lit or used candles cannot be returned.
• Wick must not have been lit
• Item must be in perfect, resellable condition

As our candles are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent intensity may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and will not affect the functionality of the candle.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
If approved, they are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
