Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and depend on carriers.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Quebec and Canadian laws:

• Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Personalized or used candles are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, once the returned product is received and inspected.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where indicated.

Candle Safety

Please follow candle safety instructions:

• Never leave a candle unattended
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Do not burn for more than 4 consecutive hours

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Canadian law:

• We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Montreal, Quebec..
